PBK Primary Care was created on the premise of helping those patients who are typically turned aside due to their type of insurance, or simply not having any. In addition, the vision was to also establish a small primary care and internal medicine office that does not need to see a large volume of patients a day, but rather focus on a smaller group of patients that we may learn to know very well.
After several years of clinical research experience, which included several weight loss clinical trials, we thrive in assisting patients meet their weight loss goals, and help reduce their risk factors of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.

Board certified family nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience in medicine and clinical research.
He has special interest in the following medical conditions:

In addition he is a DOT (Department of Transportation) Certified Practitioner for those patients needing medical examination for commercial driving. He also enjoys providing motivational counseling to those patients patient with depression and obesity. Hobbies include martial arts, fitness, and traveling.
Carolyn Laugeni
Medical Assistant/Receptionist
Carolyn has worked in our primary care and urgent care settings in the capacity of office manager for the past few years. Prior to working in the medical field she was a manager for a construction company for over 20 years working in both the office and the field.
She enjoys managing the day to day operations of a medical office and assisting patients with their administrative needs.
